Meanwhile, Iran is on the verge of becoming a threshold nuclear state and is aggressively challenging the U.S. for control of the Middle East, all the while threatening to annihilate Israel. The frontline on the assault of our freedom of religion and speech is being fought on our college campuses and in the media. Students in the universities are afraid to speak openly after many have been prohibited from distributing the U.S. Constitution, protesting abortion, and meeting together on campuses and religious freedom by liberals is to protect the liberals' sacred cows. Come and hear a discussion between Fox News' Kate Obenshain and Mary Katharine Ham led by The Faith & Liberty Talk Show host Dave Garrison.

This is frequently being done through Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity (SOGI) laws. While propagated as necessary, these laws actually can force communities, small business owners, and sometimes churches to violate their deeply held religious beliefs. In recent months, citizens in a number of states and communities have banded together to defeat these harmful measures and bring about positive change. Learn from leaders who have been in the trenches how everyday dads, moms, and families are making an impact right in their own backyards and how you can do the same in your community.

THE LATEST RESEARCH ON TWO ISSUES: THE DIFFERENCE MARRIAGE MAKES TO THE TAX POOL AND  SAME SEX PARENTING MAKES TO CHILDREN.

Speakers: Dr. Henry Potrykus, MARRI Fellow, FRC*; Dr. Paul Sullins, MARRI Fellow and Research Professor Catholic University*;  Dr. Pat Fagan, Director of MARRI, FRC (Moderator)*
Synopsis: Taxes and Marriage:  Who contributes most? This first-ever sociological analysis of the nation’s tax pool by Potrykus shows that married couples contribute significantly more in federal income taxes than similar pairs of single individuals. For FICA taxes analogous differences hold for taxes paid by married couples and divorced couples or singles. This analysis shows the degree to which marriage is a fiscal strength for the nation.  Who parents best: same-sex or married biological parents? Ignored by Justice Kennedy in Obergefell vs Hodges, the research from federal surveys repeatedly show significant differences in emotional and educational outcomes between children raised by same sex parents and married biological parents.  With new results, Dr. Sullins adds still more to this mounting body of research.

DISINFECTING THE STATES: BOOTING LIBERALS AND (REPUBLICAN) LACKEYS FROM OUR LEGISLATURES

Speakers: Michael Quinn Sullivan, President of Empower Texans; Jim Graham, President of Texas Right to Life; Trey Trainor, partner at Beirne, Maynard & Parsons LLP
Synopsis: State legislatures have been largely ignored by the Right but embraced and captured by the Left. The radical progressive agenda has advanced through state legislatures with relative ease because conservatives have mostly ceded the home battlefield. This session will focus on the "inside" and "outside" tactics necessary to purge state capitols, the leverage gained by wresting legislatures from the Left, and the violent counter-attacks from the militant Left conservatives should expect.

Synopsis: This session will clearly lay out the real reasons for the mess in which we find ourselves in America and how one state, Florida, has begun to organize and energize our grassroots "We The People" to identify and elect bible-believing, God fearing state-wide leadership willing to stand on the Constitution and resist 99% of the unconstitutional actions of an out-of-control, tyrannical Federal Government.

HOW TO ARGUE THE SOCIAL ISSUES WITH LIBERALS AND LIBERTARIANS

Speakers: David Azerrad, Director, B. Kenneth Simon Center for Principles and Politics, The Heritage Foundation
Synopsis: There is a deep-seated prejudice in America against social conservatives and the issues we care about. The conservative establishment views us as a nuisance. Liberals denigrate and mock us. Libertarians accuse us of trying to legislate morality. In reality, the so-called "social issues" are core political issues without which America cannot fulfill the Constitution's promise to "secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity." In this session, you will learn how to present and defend the social issues as keys to sustaining the American experiment in self-government.

CRIME, PUNISHMENT AND THE VALUE OF HUMAN LIFE

Speakers: Craig DeRoche, Executive Director, Justice Fellowship (Moderator)*; Lt. Gov. Brian Calley (R-MI); Erika Harold, former Miss America, Republican Congressional Candidate, Prison Fellowship Board Member; Bishop Palmer, Reconciled Church
Synopsis: Scripture says it. The secular Constitution states it. Americans of every political and religious stripe have said they believe it. So why does America devalue human life in the criminal justice system? Learn how certain values can both restore and advance justice - and how, if values are absent from the criminal justice system, we see the degradation of safety, families and healing in communities.

THE ISLAMIC THREAT: WOMEN WHO KNOW THE TRUTH.: THE LATEST TO MAKE SPLC'S HATE LIST

Speakers: General William Boykin (Moderator), Executive Vice President, Family Research Council and Former Commander, Delta Force*; Cathy Hinners, Founder, Dailyrollcall.com*Clare Lopez, Vice President for Research and Analysis, Center for Security Policy*; Diana West, Syndicated Columnist and Author*
Synopsis: The Uber-leftist Southern Poverty Law Center's quarterly magazine, Intelligence Report, touts itself as the nation's preeminent periodical monitoring the radical right in the U.S. -- providing comprehensive updates to law enforcement agencies, the media, and select public recipients. In the Summer, 2015 issue, the SPLC published a list of "Women Against Islam," which targeted twelve prominent conservative women who are known to speak out against radical Islam, calling them "the most hardline anti-Muslim women activists in America." The SPLC describes the women on their "dirty dozen" hate list as "a mixed bag of bloggers, politicos, authors, TV personalities, radio talk show hosts, and leaders of anti-Muslim organizations." The women targeted by the SPLC are critics of radical Islam and Sharia law, which the European Court on Human rights has repeatedly ruled is "incompatible with the fundamental principles of democracy." These women are all authorities on Islam, having studied extensively and lived daily under threat from its followers and adherents. Judicial Watch described the list, which publishes the name, hometown, organizational affiliation, and severely caricatured images of these women, as a "starter kit" for jihadists who might want to go after them in the same way Floyd Corkins went after the Family Research Council in August, 2012. In addition to the three courageous women joining this panel, Ann Coulter, Laura Ingraham and Judge Jeanine Pirro made the list, among others. The panel, moderated by General Jerry Boykin, will address the acceleration of radical Islam throughout the world, the growing threat inside America, and efforts by American Islamic groups to impose Sharia law in the U.S.

THE LANDSCAPE OF A POST-PLANNED PARENTHOOD FUTURE

Speakers: Chuck Donovan, President, Charlotte Lozier Institute*; Arina Grossu, Director, Center for Human Dignity, FRC*; Lila Rose, Founder, LiveAction
Synopsis: Planned Parenthood had a very bad summer. After the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) released a series of shocking videos revealing Planned Parenthood's exploitation of women and the harvesting and selling of aborted baby organs, the momentum grew to defund Planned Parenthood and redirect funds to clinics that provide comprehensive health care for women. Join Arina Grossu (FRC), Lila Rose (invited--LiveAction), and Chuck Donovan (Charlotte Lozie r Institute) as they discuss what the videos exposed, Planned Parenthood's health care myths, women's health care post-Planned Parenthood, how to help Planned Parenthood workers leave the abortion industry, what Congress and states are doing to defund Planned Parenthood, and what you can do in your local community to keep the momentum going.
